This IPSC popper is crafted as a retrofit for your current poppers. If the base of your existing steel poppers is still in good shape, but the target shows signs of dimpling or damage, there's a good chance you can use this product to swap out your old target.

Just compare the dimensions of your bolts with our diagrams to determine if you can seamlessly replace the entire target.

• Stand-Free Design: If you wish to use this with our magnet and timber design, you can do so. Say goodbye to broken hinges and dangerous metal bases that could cause ricochets. This popper is designed for unparalleled safety and longevity.

• Timber Stand Compatibility: This steel popper seamlessly integrates with our timber stand design. All you need are four magnets (available from our store) plus some hardware items: 1.2m of railway sleeper (e.g., 150mm x 50mm timber), 4 screws for the magnets, and two coach bolts. Design instructions are provided, ensuring an easy setup.

• Optional Magnetic Attachment: No need for tedious installation processes. Our steel popper attaches effortlessly using four heavy-duty magnets (available separately). Add four screws (not included), and you're all set!

• Unpainted: The target comes unpainted, so you can paint it any colour to suit your requirements.

Safety First! Before purchasing, please note: Shooting steel targets can be hazardous. Misuse might result in property damage, severe injury, or death from ricochets, bullet fragments, or unsafe shooting practices. Always adhere to safety guidelines.

📏 Recommended Minimum Shooting Distances:

• 7 meters for ammunition with velocities up to 500 mps (1,600 fps).

• 50 meters for velocities between 500 mps and 1,000 mps (3,300 fps).

• 300 meters for velocities exceeding 1,000 mps (3,300 fps).

🚫 Ammunition Restrictions:

• Avoid using subsonic rounds such as rimfire, steel shot, non-lead pellets, BBs, etc, as these are more prone to ricochet than supersonic rounds. Recommended use for subsonic rounds is a minimum of 40 metres.

• This popper is incompatible with steel core, armor-piercing, incendiary, or specialized bullets. Not recommended for muzzle velocities below 250 m/s or above 2,000 m/s.
