2. Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Orders: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items, as well as the destination.

  • Large Orders: If you're placing an order for a large quantity or bulk, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team for a custom shipping quote. We often can offer special pricing for such orders to ensure the best value.

3. Shipping Times: While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, the delivery time can vary based on the destination and the order size. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your order's progress.

4. Handling: We take great care in packaging our steel targets to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each item is securely packed to withstand the rigors of transit.

5. International Shipping: For customers outside our standard shipping zones, please contact our Customer Service team to discuss potential shipping options.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Please ensure you reach out within this period.

2. Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be original and unused and include all original packaging and documentation.

3. Process:

  • a. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return.

  • b. Provide your order number, the product you're returning, and the reason for the return.

  • c. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including details on where to send the returned product.

  • d. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we'll process the refund or exchange.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, the replacement item will be shipped to you after we receive and inspect the original product.

6. Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • We will cover return shipping in cases of defective products or our errors.

7. Exceptions:

  • Any items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' cannot be returned.

  • Customized or personalized items are also not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

8. Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and guide you on the next steps.

Steel Targets

Steel Targets Warranty
Warranty Period: 10 years from the date of purchase, covering our unique no-weld steel targets.
What's Covered:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under regular and intended use.

  • Inconsistencies in the product that deviates from our specified product features and quality.

 What's Not Covered:

  • Damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • Cosmetic damages like scratches or discoloration.

  • Damage from using non-recommended ammunition or projectiles.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

 Claims Process: Contact Customer Service with proof of purchase, issue description, and relevant photographs.
Remedies: Repair, replace, offer a store credit or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.

Steel Protective Plate Warranty (Target Stands)
10-year warranty for BHN500 steel protective plates, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Exclusions: Misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, exposure to corrosive substances, or uncontrollable circumstances.

Timber Stand Warranty (Target Stands)
Our timber stand warranty covers workmanship only.

  • These stands can be expected to last several years under normal use in outdoor conditions.

  • The timber stands are consumables. Their lifespan will vary based on environmental conditions, weather, stray bullets, and general care and maintenance.

  • Exclusions: Improper use, bullet strike, lack of maintenance, natural degradation over time.


General Conditions

  • Proof of purchase and evidence of defect are required for claims.

  • IPSC Gear may repair or replace the defective part at its discretion.

  • Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

  • Additional rights and remedies may be available under law.


Limitations of Liability

  • Liability is limited to the product's purchase price.

  • No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


Warranty Transfer

  • This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
