Designed to be mounted using magnets on a timber upright, this target has no right angles to create splatter. Many targets on the range have a flat base welded to the target as a stand. Inevitably, when a bullet hits the target, it splatters 360 degrees, including down to the base. Due to the right angle at the base, some splatter comes flying back to hit the shooter. Our targets eliminate this hazard by having no welds and no right angles.

The tab is designed to cover the magnets, ensuring they are protected.

📏 Recommended Minimum Shooting Distances:

• 7 meters for ammunition with velocities up to 500 mps (1,600 fps).

• 50 meters for velocities between 500 mps and 1,000 mps (3,300 fps).

• 300 meters for velocities exceeding 1,000 mps (3,300 fps).

🚫 Ammunition Restrictions: 

• Use extra caution with subsonic rounds such as rimfire, steel shot, non-lead pellets, BBs, etc, as these are more prone to ricochet instead of splattering.

• This target is incompatible with steel core, armor-piercing, incendiary, or specialized projectiles.

The target is designed to be attached by 2 magnets (available separately). The magnets are designed to be rebated into the wooden upright with a Forstner drill bit, then attached with screws into the timber upright. The 80 mm x 40 mm tab at the base of the targets protects the magnets from bullets.
